Appointment Policy:
A credit card or gift card number is required to book your reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard and the Discover Card. To avoid a charge we require 24 hours notice for a single cancellation and 48 hours notice for multiple services and Spa Package cancellations.

Gift Cards:
Spa Gift Cards are to be treated as cash and are therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen. They are for services only. Payment is required if a Gift Card is not presented at time of service.

Scheduled Appointment:
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled Spa appointment, so you can enjoy our relaxation room. If you arrive late we will subtract that time from your appointment, however you will be charged for the full treatment.

Quiet Enjoyment:
We ask our guests to maintain a quiet level of conversation as a courtesy to other guests.

Cellular Phones/Beepers:
Are not allowed in the Spa. We will be happy to take a message for you.

Personal Property:
Please keep valuables with you at all times. The Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Merchandise Returns:
Unused merchandise may be returned within 10 days of purchase date with a proof of purchase sales slip. Please choose items carefully.
